One thing I noticed though, I checked some PR6 pages linking to me and they all seem to be because of comments I've posted on blogs. They all have nofollow on them. I thought SEs were supposed to ignore these.

I believe SEs index every link they can find on a pages, but SE don't increase those pages' rank when there is nofollow.
