An interesting sudoku

I found an interesting sudoku from a post filled with 16 cool sudoku on Matrix67's blog[CHINESE].
Here is the one he said has a fun solution:

Need to create some kind program that brutal force more fun soduku. There are only 5,472,730,538 different Sudoku grids.
