After some thought on my old post, I realized there is no possible way to use it as a universal compressor, or even come up with a "magic partition".
There are no way to have a one to one relationship from a smaller set to a larger set.
The binary number system can represent all integers. It's extremely well ordered and compact and unique. I have to halt my old project, it's nothing more than a hash system and usually can't be used as compression.
