This article is about how the propaganda about coca-cola, Pepsi and other coke soft drinks are not true or at least, just a one side story.
I always loved coke.

The propaganda coke facts from 2 sites are born to promote bottle waters. Convert to scientific terms, the authors is basically saying "would you want to drink water or acid mixed with other non-water substances".
First of all, I will admit drinking a good amount of water really helps, all the kids in my school that drinks a lot of water beats me at AP chem tests, I don't believe it's coincidence. My hypothesis are still correct under my observation: amount of water consumed daily is directly proportional to the amount of time consumer studies daily.
Back to coke. Is coke really that bad? Is coke so acidic it melt T-bone steak in a bowl in 2 days? I could not take on the experiment, my family are cheap people. Clever Magazine, however, did an experiment and said this is false. Credibility of the article are low, but I'm leaning toward the experiment, the articles I'm flaming are way to biased.

The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

First part is true, but this is about what? Phosphoric acid. Is coke pure phosphoric acid? No. A study have shown that soft drinks have no effect on the calcium level on bones.

Coke have a really low pH, different websites have different pH for the same product, but it's usually ranging between 2 to 4. People have a huge amount of fear of the word "acid". Let me give you a hint, gastric acid produced in your stomach lumen have pH from 1 to 2. Drinking normal soft drinks actually neutralize your pH in your stomach to a higher pH!

You might say, hey, that's like only points away. This is log scale, pH 7.35 has less than half of pH 7's H⁺. Each part of the body have different pH, it's not some fact only people with human physiology Ph.D would know. Fluid inside vagina have pH between 4.3 to 4.9, with their logic, people should stop having sex because "putting something into[well.. onto] your body that is hundred of thousands of times more acidic that your body is". I don't know if it's true that pH of people with cancer and arthritis are low, if it does, it still doesn't mean soft drink are bad. pH is likely the consequence of the cancer and arthritis and not the other way around. The original article did not explicitly say low pH causes cancer. Why? because it's not true that's why.

Other claims like soft drinks have high sugar, caffeine, steal away water. So what? Cake have high sugar, Coffee have caffeine, chips steals away water. Let's stop consuming every single thing with those effect! In fact, anything with lower concentration of water than your body steals away water.
Let use their logic and create a list of Top 5 Reasons never have anything other than pure bottled water.

1. Most Food steals away water (osmosis), pure water doesn't
2. Some food have large amount of salt. Pure water never contain salt, no more high blood pressure.
3. Some food have large amount of sugar. Pure water never contain sugar, no more sugar rush.
4. Food can take hours to weeks to digest, water takes no time, it just diffuses! Saves the intestine from busy work!
5. Even the food that doesn't have high salt or sugar, they must be either acidic or basic. Pure water always have pH of 7. Human body naturally exist at pH 7, yeeah~
6. This one is extra. Food can have fat. Water never have any. You will never need to worry about your weight~!
Because of the reasons above, food is really really bad for your body and you should never consume them.

I still drink coke. Don't let the propaganda scare you.

Of course, this is a very board inbreeding, it's possible every marriage of one's parent, grandparents and so on are kept between nth cousins, when n is a positive integer larger than 6. That's only possible, because I don't have enough data to do statistic operations on them, but it's likely somewhere along the line, there are going to be very close inbreeding. But that's not the point, multiracials have ancestors does inbreeding too. Except they are experiencing less degree of inbreeding by being multiracial.
Let's define superiority as more adopt to natural selection, which most humans in developed countries does not experience. In some socialites (like US), there are laws protect the weak.
Single racial people have less genetic diversity than multiracial. It's true, because single racial people's gene pool are restricted to one race, compare to multiracial with 2 or more. Larger gene pool means high chance to adopt catastrophic changes. Just hypothetically speaking, there are 2 race of some space aliens, Alpha and Beta, if Beta are immune to a deadly and very contagious disease D-A because their genetic trait, in the same time Alpha is immune to D-B. Then it's possible that 2 disease will eventually kill all of those 2 race. Even if only one survives, the other race's gene pool (Like the gene allow fast body regeneration) can never be accessed, and that's a lose to it's entire species. Suppose, the Alpha and Beta chose to mix with the other, they will product offspring with immunity to both. (Because each gene could suppress the other, they can actually only product offspring immune to non of the disease, that would be too bad.) Both gene pools will be preserved.
In the human world, the above will not happen, at least not in our lifetime, I never heard of "Asians does not get AIDS". But it's proven that multiracial people have great traits helps them physically. [Wow, I actually learned something from AP Bio]
How many multiracial people are there in US? I don't know, but I can name some famous ones: Tiger Woods, Halle Berry, Kristin Kreuk and Keanu Reeves. Seems like multiracial people can be great at what they do.
Come on, the entire world should start promote the greatness of having multiracial children. Maybe it's just me, if I ever want to have kids, I want multiracial ones.

Ok, ok, everything I just said is just excuses, I started this topic because there was a topic in Gene Expressions about multiracial women's attractiveness.
The multiracial girls I have seen is generally more attractive than single racial ones. In percentage, 100% of the multiracial people I met in real life can be considered as attractive(my opinion), same not true for single racial ones. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, it differs from person to person, but there are the standard deviation, and I believe I'm in the ±1 range.

The main reason multiracial girls are hotter might be because the law of physics. When 2 people from different race mix, it creates entropy. The world are spontaneously moving toward higher entropy(by making guys attract to multiracial girls), unless there is energy used to prevent it from happening. The population of human race are increasing, more and more energy is needed to counteract the entropy, eventually, everyone will be multiracial, because unlike most chemical reactions, this one is irreversible.

Christmas is coming. Finally the kawaii1 onion smile got an update after dormant for 2 months. Last few days is just before the Christmas break, tests springs like fungus... also I have to do stand up comedy in front of 1000 people, so I don't have chance to post and finish one of my GHOP task.

Taking about new year's resolutions...
looking back to my list I made back in summer. I have dropped some of those because I over estimated how much stuff I can do in certain amount of time... The new list will be:
My Top 10 resolutions:
1. Spend More Time with Family & Friends Create a database of math problems (Include all high school and above math problems, and lower level problems with significance will be featured in the database, like 1+1). People can leave comments, so there would be a strong problem solution community. Will be built with Drupal 6 and features an API for both input and output. Require the integration of LaTeX(DruTeX), Asymptote and Drupal 62.
2. Do my best in contests I'm participating(GHOP, Suffolk County Math Tournament, USAMTS, M³Challenge)
3. Use spare time to program a LF2 like game. (I have assembled a small team... start working at June 2008). My C++ skill is enough to do basics. Integrate other people's library into my program in C++ is 1000 times harder than in PHP. Ahhh, compile errors of those libraries forces me to abandon the SDL solution and chose directx solution until I can finally get my own computer (oh yeah... Linux will make my life a LOT easier...).
4. Do amazing on the SAT(I hate learning vocabularies), APs(I have 6 AP test this year ) and study for the GRE Mathematics Subject test if I fail at getting into USAMO and IOI.[Requires completion of 6]
5. Get accepted in a great college(MIT, Princeton) [Requires completion of 4]
6. Stay away from relationships [Requires math, coding, a blog and start playing warhammer]
7. On a average week, the arithmetic mean, mode and median of sleeping hours for each day should be 8±0.5. (currently, it's 8,6,6 respectively)[Requires completion of 4]
8. A(dozen) math problem a day
9. Working toward getting into USAMO then IMO after finish the SATs [Requires 4 and 8]
10. Working toward getting into IOI, and hopefully doing good on it [Requires completion of 4]

My parents puts no.4 as the most important task in my life. Really, I stop having discourse with my parents because no dialog can last longer than 5 clause without diffuse the theme to the SATs.(I can feel the osmotic pressure...)
