I don't want to mention names but today someone in my Macro class got Shampoo in her eyes. She said she washed her eyes in cold water around 20 minutes and seems like there are still problems.

I suggest some mentally challenged ways to solve the problem.

Don't try anything I stated here

Hot water: Temperature could make the shampoo dissolve faster since the heat make molecules moves faster against it's weak bonds.
Vinegar or Hydrochloric acid: Usually Shampoo have high pH, acids can quickly recover the pH to around 7.
Chloroform: It would burn the shampoo and change it into something else.
More shampoo: Like dissolves like...
