After testing out a few batch renaming system, SmartRename become the one I'm mostly interested in, Googling SmartRename will get you another program, because SmartRename[拖把更名器] is a Chinese program. The Chinese do, at times, create really amazing programs. Lack of translation is usually the reason they are not known outside China.
The official site for SmartRename is down, maybe for months. There are downloads of this program in Chinese sites, but I doubt anyone here can follow the extremely difficult download procedure without understanding what each character meant. Trust me, even a experienced person can get confused by the text ads.
