Paypal hides it's donation generation stuff well, there is the hard way to make the donation button(cost me around 5 minutes)

or, if you are a web guru, try use the easy way, just use the link I provide you
This is the link I used:
https://www.paypal.com/xclick/ business=mgcclx%40gmail.com&item_name=WebDevLogs &no_shipping=1&no_note=1&tax=0¤cy_code=USD&lc=US
I break it into many lines so it fit in the browser...
just change the query:
business: your paypal username, make sure change @ to %40
item_name: name of the donation
currency_code: usually USD is good :)
Signature around forums and communities influence user in many different aspects, one of the most important one would be encourage the viewers to click the link in the signature(Ad!). I believe the 5% of my click in forums are on signatures, especially when the post is wonderfully forged. Usually the link that suppose to promise a land of
artistic web page pursuit me to say "WTF" and close the window, but I can't denial the signature is a great place for ad placement.
Trevor Fitzgerald started , a click fraud prevention script, to tracks AdSense clicks. It can limit how many times a user clicks and produce data to review by adding a PHP wrapper and a JavaScript logger for the Google AdSense script. There are other purposes for AdLogger, include ban a IP(like the admin IPs) so that IP will not be able to view ads.

This prevents the "EVIL" people keep clicking on the ads and make your Google Adsense account closed. A amazing invention. :really:
The share revenue idea was every where, sites contain their user's content sometimes share revenues, include Revver. But these normally apply to informative texts and multimedia files.

Webmaster-Talk, become one of the few to let the poster in forums share a piece of gold. The idea is great, it increase contribution rate of the user and make users feel that the posts can be worth a while to be posted.
Here is how it works:
Ad Revenue is shared between the Administrators, the new Thread Starter and the last replier in a particular thread.
As a new thread starter, there is a 50% chance your AdSense Code will be displayed for each page view. The last replier in a particular thread will have a 25% chance that their AdSense Code will be displayed for each page view and the administrators have the final 25% chance.
This should encourage both new thread posting in addition to participation in other member's threads.

I wish there is a time where all the forums in the world got a share revenue API on their page, at least I posted over 5000 posts in the world and that should generated at least 5 million page views for those sites.
AdsBlackList picks out "bad ads", include the ads that pay in pennies and the ones that destory the reputation of the publisher, list them and let you put them in your Google Adsense block list.

I just blocked over 200 sites, looks like there are no "Impressive" 1 cent per click.
