There are many JavaScript Calendars, but like always, dhtmlgoodies are the first place to look for when people need a powerful yet simple DHTML script. The JS Calendar from DHTMLgoodies are one of the best. It can work with different types of date input, like "YYYY/MM/DD", "DD.MM.YYYY" and it support 12 languages. Put such JavaScript in a form that requires date input is a great idea.

Timeline is like Google Map, but instead show information about locations, it shows info about time. It's part of the MIT's SIMILE project. A demo can be seen by view my the top of this site.
This site's uses the Timeline Archive View For WordPress(with a little modification so it does not generate XML every time).

AutoSuggest does not have some function the commerical CAPXOUS AutoComplete have. HTML formatting and JSON output are no where to be seen. But it is still better than a dull textbox. Give it a try.
